Consider the lesson and compose a question you might ask before buying meat at a store. 

Choose from the following: 
1.  ​Explain in your own words the importance of The Federal Meat Inspection Act of 1906 which resulted from the publication of Sinclair's book, "The Jungle". 

2.  Create a poster for safe meat handling using the information you gained from this lesson.
